Prices

How much does it cost to hire a genealogist?

The total quote will depend entirely on the size and complexity of your project, however the prices below can be a useful guide.

• Ad hoc research is £50 per hour (chargeable time includes the research itself as well as writing reports, analysing material, and any time spent emailing, messaging and telephoning the client).

• Document transcription summary – starts at £50, though it depends on the length of the document. A quote will be sent to you via email and I will provide you with an estimate.
